		<description>True! Whether fragmentation is harmful itself is an endless debate. I defrag regularly (use one of the automatic defragmenters) because it definitely seems to create a difference in file access time. Besides i am not comfortable having the files on my drive all cluttered and scattered as excessive activity can decrease the life of the drive preponing hardware replacements. A few minutes spent defragging cant hurt, it will only ensure a healthier performance.</description>
